How It Works

Yes, to get the most out of our platform, an account is required. The type of account depends on what you want to do:

• To Install & Use Widgets: To install widgets (both via 1-Click Install and copy/paste), save favorites, or follow creators, you must register for a free User Account.
• To Share Your Own Widgets: If you are a developer and want to share your creations with the community, you must register for a Creator Account.
• Without an account, you can browse the gallery to see what we offer, but you won't be able to download or install any widgets.

Share your unique custom widget with the world by following these steps:

1. Create a Creator Account: Register for a free Creator Account on SEwidgets.com.
2. Publish Your Widget: Go to your dashboard and fill out the form. Provide a title, description, a preview image, and the code components.
3. IMPORTANT - Jebaited Tokens: If your widget uses a Jebaited token, please remove your personal token from the code before submitting. Instruct users in your description on how to generate their own.
4. IMPORTANT - Jebaited Scopes: If your widget requires Jebaited, make sure to select the required Scopes in the submission form. This will inform users which permissions they need to enable for their own token.
5. (Optional) Add 1-Click Install: If your widget is hosted in your StreamElements account, you can add the shareable link to offer users a super-easy installation.
6. Submit for Review: Your widget will be reviewed by our admin and will appear in the gallery once approved.

The standard 'share link' from StreamElements can sometimes have issues with assets (like images). For a more reliable method, we recommend the SE API Overlay Helper, a free and safe tool created by a StreamElements community developer.

This tool generates a special, robust installation link. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the SE API Overlay Helper website.
2. Click on "Login with StreamElements" and authorize the application. You will then see a list of your personal overlays.
3. Find and click on the specific widget you want to share.
4. The tool will generate a "Quicklink". Copy this link (you can ignore the code).
5. Paste this Quicklink into the "StreamElements 1-Click Install Link" field when you publish a widget.

By using this method, you offer users the most reliable and hassle-free installation experience.

Find the perfect widget to make your stream stand out. Remember, you need a registered account to install widgets.

1. Discover: Explore the public gallery and our premium shop.
2. View Details: Click on any widget to see a detailed description and preview.
3. Choose Your Method: You have two ways to install a widget:
   • 1-Click Install (Easiest): If you see the "1-Click Install for StreamElements" button, simply click it. The widget will be automatically added to your StreamElements overlays. (Make sure you are logged into StreamElements first!)
   • Manual Install: If there is no 1-Click button, you can copy the code from the code boxes. Follow the guide to create a "Custom Widget" in your overlay and paste the code into the corresponding tabs.

Our platform offers two types of widgets to suit every need:

• Community Widgets (Free): These are the heart of our community. Submitted by talented creators, they are completely free to use. You can install them via the '1-Click Install' button or by manually copying the code.
• Premium Widgets (Shop): For a small one-time fee of $5.00, creators can have their widget listed in our premium Shop section. After payment and admin approval, the widget appears in the shop. When a user decides to buy a premium widget, they are directed to the creator's own PayPal link to complete the purchase. The transaction is directly between the user and the creator.

Featured widgets are community widgets that are given special visibility on our homepage. This is a great way for users to discover high-quality or unique widgets.

For a fee of $5.00, creators can request to have their widget 'featured' for a period of 3 months. After approval, the widget will randomly appear in the "Featured Widgets" section on the front page, giving it significantly more exposure.

Some widgets require a token from Jebaited.net to function. Follow this procedure to generate your own token:

1. Sign in with your StreamElements account on jebaited.net.
2. In the left menu, select "API Tokens".
3. In the "Description" box, enter a name for the token (e.g., "Custom Widget").
4. Click on the blue bar ("Scopes") and select the Scopes the widget needs.
5. After you have checked the required boxes, click the green "Add Token" bar.
6. Your new token will be displayed in the list. Copy this token.
7. Paste the token into your widget's settings inside the StreamElements/Streamlabs overlay editor and save.
